Hollywood Talent Quest held its first auditions for singers on September 12 & 13, 2008 with six finalists being selected by entertainment industry judges on September 14, 2008. The finalists were in the musical genres of pop, rock, R&B, jazz, country and adult contemporary. The next part of the competition involved finding the right song to record, working in the recording studio, learning about marketing, promotion and building a fan base.

Each of the talented artists worked along side producers and entertainment industry experts over the past few weeks to produce their tracks. After completing the songs, each artist marketed themselves and added to their fan base, attracting voters from around the world. The competition was extremely close and, with the help of all your votes, a winner was confirmed. We can all look forward to hearing more from these artists in the future!
